Men are having Real Issue Finding a Job and Starting a Business

I have Some New Videos for you ! Today please view  here , there is a real issue for men they are working and working and the companies that employee all   these men do not respect what they do !

Here are some issue that i see right away .

1, Not enough hours and many companies are giving family men 20 -25 hrs a week this is a insane and the women that use to their husband providing are taking this personal (And this anger is towards their husband)   Not the Companies and this has separate marriages all over the world


2 , Low wages that don't  meet the need of the household , Daycare , Food, Gas , Rents , Mortgages , Doctors, and some Entertainment has effect men in the 14 years

3, No  time spent in the household , is Destroying Marriages and low Birth rates you must be able to provide if you are working two part time jobs (read above ) when you really need two full times jobs with your wife full time job a low wager job , you don't have time to build a relationship

4, Many Children are effect ! they are slow learning they are not able to pronounce sentence correct and some are abuse by the provider because of the long hours  or  lack of  attention that is needed with a two parent system . That why i  believe becoming a  business and owner  this takes work this will not be a  easy task

Why I wont start a Business

Why  I wont  start a #Business . I have a job that keeps me busy .

Will have to pay more taxes if i start a business ?

My Husband or Wife have a business and I do understand what you are talking about and this do not concern me (It Should )

Why I Do  not have a #Business  I am college student I do not have the  skills and my parents pay most of my bills?

Why I cant start a small #business my wife or husband believes in a Good Job .and my parents had great jobs

My Why is I am to old they might cut my social security .

 Here is my Why I have small kids and they keep  me very busy with their  foot ball games and events and plus I do not have daycare  .

Why I wont start a business  am a Single Woman or Man . And must party because we are young I need a mate to love me tonight .

Why wont start a business i do not have money to start a business (Really)

 Why I wont start a business .No one will lend me money to start a business . because of Obama

I have heard your why and  I am  telling you. you  have a choice And the Jobs you are working  for Don't love You .

An entrepreneur is an individual who organizes and operates a business or businesses, taking on financial risk to do so.


The entrepreneur is commonly seen as a business leader and innovator of new ideas and business processes.^[1] Management skill and strong team building abilities are often perceived as essential leadership attributes^[2] for successful entrepreneurs. Robert B. Reich considers leadership, management ability, and team-building as essential qualities of an entrepreneur. This concept has its origins in the work of Richard Cantillon in his Essai sur la Nature du Commerce en (1755) and Jean-Baptiste Say^[3] in his Treatise on Political Economy.


This is  my choice  the reason this is my path is time .Time for me   was before the Sun was up and until  the Sun went down six or  seven days a week .Grinding for the Company that paid me a little for allot of work .

They paid me just enough to pay all my bills .and have a little to plan a vacation (the Vacation Never Came ) Now some  people may see my Job as a  Executive as  Good Job. For Them =  (Here is Some Quotes )  You get paid allot and i wish i had your Job . Or Can you Hire My Child, Grandmother , Mother , Daughter , Father , Brother ,. Yea Yea  You get the point

But Deep in My Soul ! i was a Rebel , The reason for this i needed Control over my life .like the Companies Owner Did . i wanted to take time off from work as often as i wanted .Spend time at church and worship and take my wife to dinner and be able to pay for the dinner And have fun with people i love and adore

Let me take this lesson  Deeper . I wanted to  see the Doctors that will take care of my Body .and  i be Glad to pay them for there service and don't have to wait all day in line .like a Food  Buffet  i wanted to know my Doctor ,
and lets be honest you Do too

Some  people may say or Read this  No fancy Cars or house or cloths , yes this will come as your business grows and you can help others with there basic needs like gas in there cars toilet paper food for there babies there children daycare lights, medicines  and water  people . are not thinking a fancy cars they just want to pay for the essential first

Life is a blessing when you help others achieve what they want . Example you have a young kid that is in  college this is his  first year there  his parents paid for his college with their last saving .What the kid did not know that his father the bread winner is is losing his job of thirty years , and he will not be able to send his son no extra money to live on while he is in college and his mother must go find a job

And he must go to college and find a job to feed himself .  Sad but True (His College Is Paid in Full )
But were are the Jobs !

A mother is planing the biggest event for her daughter a Wedding that she never had .she has work around the clock for this big event . she has two 40 hrs jobs and she only get 4 hrs of sleep and she paid for the the wedding Cash . She would have ask the father for money but he has been in jail for half her child life .The mother still have to work her two jobs just to maintain her basic needs   and the 4 hrs that she do  receive for sleep she must use this time to plan  for the event . Then it happen she has a Massive Stroke before the Wedding ( The Wedding is paid for Right In Full )

As you read this i dont want you to look at this as tragic. But look for clues what could you do better to change this and help .What power do you have to make the world better  . Is it working harder with your Job or would you Drop out of college to help the family . To become who iam a  Entrepreneur

I Did Not Get Hire and Went To College to Become a Dentist Why!!

Today a young men greeted me and said he was looking for a job . he did four years in college studied to become a dentist and he wanted to work as a understudy at the dentist office while he finish his college education . he applied at the 30 dentist office and none replied or the ones that did said they did not need his help .So one by one he call the the manger at their office and call the dentist office that own their office and ask them

 why could someone like me with the knowledge to help your business grow . Could not get Job in there field

There Answer was clear .You seem like a very driven young man we don't have this in the young people today .most want to be given something or you owe them

 

but i will answer your question .here is why our government has change the laws to keep my profit very low and my

overhead is high and the insurance companies want to max out there profits and i had to laid off two of my super employee

and bring my wife in to help with the paper work and have my two kids stay at the office because daycare is two high

And there is more before i cry .with my patient they need a lot of care on there teeth and since i cant invest in new technology

i must let these patient past through my office because i can help them with there needs and that is some of reason i did  not  hire

a asset . like yourself that truly needed in my business today  .the  young man  understood and call the next office

The phone rung and rung and the answer machine came on . Dr.Watson will not be accepting insurance E. C because of the government new regulation

and will not be accepting new clients He did not leave a message.

The young man tried to call later that afternoon .with a Surprise Dr . Watson office may i help .the person at the other end was the doc himself may i help

you . the young man reply

Doctor Watson i have tried to call your office for work and you have not

have a reply . can you please tell me why with a short grunt he said son Am the only one here i had to layoff all my employees and i am filling chapter Bankruptcy  13 to keep the doors

open .Dr Watson said he have been a Dentist for 18 years and his Father was a Dentist and his Father before him was a dentist .

There is a chance my kids will never go into this field because .of the government new laws and the taxes they want us to pay and the expense drugs to help take of the client

i would never ,the phone drop and there was a dial tone and the conversation was over
