Just Switch It Up to Control your weight

If you've gotten to a point where you're not seeing results, just stop doing what you've been doing and start doing all of the things you've been avoiding.

Our bodies are very adaptive and it doesn't take long for it to become very efficient at anything done over a period of time. Most people will just do the same things over and over again. It's very hard to continue getting any results like that. That's why most people will lose 10 to 20 pounds over the first few months of a new fitness plan and then just plateau. Once they're not getting results anymore, frustration will set in and they'll eventually quit and gain their weight back. So don't let this happen to you. Just switch it completely up and keep the progress going.
